Stevi is an associate and has specialised in employment law since qualifying in 2019. She has a particular focus on employment tribunal litigation and has acted for respondent clients across a broad range of sectors, both public and private, on a range of employment issues. This includes claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, race discrimination, sex discrimination, whistleblowing and contractual claims.
With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Stevi advises on a wide range of non-contentious issues including redundancies, settlement agreements and general employee relations issues such as the handling of disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence procedures.
Stevi also provides regular training sessions to clients and has experience in advising on TUPE related issues and providing support on corporate transactions. Stevi is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
