Steve is an experienced solicitor specialising in commercial dispute resolution and insolvency, with particular expertise in partnership disputes, commercial debt and contractual disputes, winding-up petitions, injunctions, directors’ duties, validation orders, liquidations, bankruptcy petitions and contentious personal bankruptcy matters.  

With nearly 20 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), Steve has developed a strong reputation for tackling complex and high-profile cases. Notably, he acted for and successfully obtained an emergency injunction to intervene in the compulsory liquidation of a multi-million-pound company. 

As a lead lawyer in both commercial and insolvency cases, Steve is actively involved in client meetings and oversees most aspects of the work personally. Working closely with insolvency practitioners, accountants and other professionals, he is committed to delivering strategic and practical legal advice to clients in challenging situations.
