Scarlet began her training contract at Glaisyers ETL in September 2024 after attending the firm’s vacation scheme the previous year. So far she has gained valuable experience in the Private Client, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation team, applying the skills developed during her LPC in this role. 

She graduated from John Moores University in 2023 with a first-class honours degree in Law LLB, followed by achieving a distinction in the Legal Practice Course with a Masters of Laws. 

During her time at university, Scarlet volunteered for the charity Support Through Court in Liverpool’s family and civil courts, assisting individuals who needed access to free legal services. She also volunteered at LJMU’s free legal advice clinic and completed a clinical legal education module, achieving a 90% grade. In her fourth year, Scarlet was fortunate to attend Glaisyers ETL Vacation Scheme, where she worked in the litigation department, completed assessments and interviewed for her training contract.
