Russell is the Managing Partner of Glaisyers ETL and is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of the firm. His role involves working closely with the leadership team to drive business growth, enhance client service and support the development of the firm’s people.
As the Head of the Employment team and having practised employment law for over 25 years advising businesses, senior executives inhouse counsel and HR professionals on a broad range of employment law matters, Russell is an expert in his field.
Russell advises clients on sensitive and challenging employment issues including complex employment disputes, executive terminations, restrictive covenants, injunctions, discrimination issues, internal investigations, restructures, TUPE and all day-to-day ER matters, acting on behalf of clients across a range of sectors including professional services, media, education, retail, technology, transport, construction, healthcare and hospitality.
