Renee is a solicitor working in the corporate team at Glaisyers ETL’s Liverpool office. Having trained in Liverpool for her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, she joined a boutique corporate firm in Manchester while qualifying in 2022 and later joined us in 2024.  

Renee has advised a broad and varied range of clients, including national and international companies, small businesses and individuals across a variety of corporate legal work. Her work includes complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, where she skilfully guides clients through the intricacies of legal, regulatory and commercial aspects.  

She has extensive experience advising on reorganisations, debt and equity investments, shareholders’ agreements and corporate governance. Her experience with a diverse range of clients has equipped Renee with the ability to offer tailored and commercially focused solutions that address unique challenges faced by each client. Whether advising entrepreneurial startups or multinational corporations, Renee is dedicated to delivering consistently strategic guidance.
