We recognise that our colleagues are not machines, and they need time to balance client work with their own wellbeing and life outside the office.” We actively discourage presenteeism and encourage colleagues to switch off. In 2024, we strengthened this commitment by removing access to work emails from personal devices, helping our team maintain true downtime.
