Niki is a highly skilled senior associate, specialising in corporate and commercial law. With a dual qualification as a lawyer isn Greece (2008) and a solicitor in England and Wales (2014), she brings a wealth of international experience to Glaisyers ETL. After joining in 2019, Niki quickly established herself as a key player in the firm’s corporate team. She was promoted to senior associate in January 2025, reflecting her exceptional legal acumen and leadership abilities.  

Her areas of expertise include acquisitions and disposals of companies and LLPs, corporate restructuring, joint ventures (including private equity) and general commercial contracts. Notably, she has handled complex transactions valued over £20 million and smaller deals up to £1 million. Niki also has been deeply involved in high profile cases such as Lawfront’s acquisition of Else Solicitors and Duncan & Toplis’s acquisition of ALG Partnership in 2024.  

Beyond her transactional work, Niki is passionate about understanding clients’ commercial needs and providing tailored, practical advice. She is also the driving force behind ETL GLOBAL’s Greek Desk, offering valuable cross-border expertise to clients.
