Leo is a partner and Head of Real Estat with over 20 years’ experience dealing with a variety of commercial property matters. He acts for developers, investors, landlords and tenants, and is well regarded for his pragmatic and commercial approach to transactions.   

Leo has led teams across various offices and disciplines, from the multi-million-pound purchase of a retail park in the North West to the re-financing of various property portfolios. He has vast experience in all areas of landlord and tenant matters and has assisted both large and small-scale developers with site acquisition as well as assisting property investor clients with the acquisition, disposal and management of business premises.  

His work also includes option agreements and land promotion agreements, acting for both landowners and developers, forward sales and purchases, forward funding and pre-let agreements.  

He has supervised junior members of the team in general landlord and tenant matters and has worked closely with corporate colleagues, providing property support on numerous multi-million-pound corporate matters.
