Kathryn is a partner with over a decade of experience in both commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She undertakes a wide range of general commercial litigation work including contractual disputes, company and partnership disputes, and disputes involving construction, professional negligence, property and insolvency. Kathryn specialises in recoveries and enforcement work and is regularly instructed by a wide range of lenders and associated professionals. 

Kathryn has been highlighted as a recommended lawyer by the Legal 500 publication consistently since 2020 and has recently been recognised as a Next Generation Partner (2025). She was also identified as a Rising Star in Commercial Litigation by the Legal 500 publications between 2020 and 2024 (inclusive) and shortlisted as a Rising Star in Dispute Resolution at the Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards.  

Outside of work, Kathryn’s time is occupied by chauffeuring her son around his extensive, various sporting commitments. She continues to try and play hockey, with varying degrees of success.
