Julieann is a Licensed Conveyancer with 12 years of practical experience in residential conveyancing. She has worked in Liverpool City Centre since moving to the North West 2004, prior to which she worked in a large London firm as a corporate executive assistant.  

Her focus is on client care and ensuring that the legal process is explained clearly.  Being on hand to answer questions and resolve issues is a vital part of any transaction, and Julieann and her team are always available to take client calls.    

Julieann has extensive experience of all types of residential conveyancing. Whilst it is satisfying to complete a simple sale or purchase in record time, if a transaction is more complex, she enjoys problem solving in collaboration with the client and providing a tailored service.  

Julieann leads a team who works with third parties (estate agents/lenders) to provide clear communication and minimal delays, allowing clients to effectively plan for their move and working in their best interests.
