Profile.
Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and is an Associate in the Employment team. She handles a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, primarily representing employers, although she also regularly assists employees.
Gemma’s expertise spans a broad range of employment law, including complex litigation involving discrimination and whistleblowing. She also advises on disciplinary and grievance handling, TUPE, reorganisations and restructuring, executive terminations, restrictive covenant enforcement and day-to-day employee relations. Gemma has a particular interest in discrimination issues and stays updated on the latest legal developments in this area.
In addition to her legal practice, Gemma provides training to clients on key employment law developments and best practices for managing internal issues such as performance management, capability concerns and effective grievance and disciplinary procedures.
Gemma is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is committed to providing clear, practical and commercial legal advice to help clients navigate the complexities of employment law.
