With an impressive academic background, Gareth graduated with first-class honours in law from Northumbria University. Throughout his degree, he was an active member of the Student Council, helped manage the student Law Society and participated in the legal clinic at the law school, gaining hands-on experience in legal research, client advice and contract drafting.   

As a Conveyancing Executive, Gareth works in the Real Estate team and manages a full caseload of new build property and residential property transactions. He is constantly training and developing under the supervision of the Head of Real Estate, Leo Rossiter. Gareth has previously worked for a national house builder as an in-house conveyancing support. 

While working at Glaisyers ETL, Gareth is committed to continually enhancing his legal knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to clients. He actively seeks opportunities for professional growth through ongoing education, regularly attending training and development sessions, striving to offer thorough, accurate and strategic advice tailored to each client’s specific needs.
