Charlotte has over two decades of experience in property law matters, focusing on conveyancing, plot sales and redevelopment work. She acts for builders ranging from larger national construction companies setting up new towns and communities, through to smaller niche firms constructing bespoke individual properties.   

Charlotte is experienced in all stages of setting up the sites after initial acquisition of the land, dealing with drafting of the documents required for both freehold and leasehold developments, arranging estate management, assisting with refinancing, liaising with affordable housing providers and all aspects of plots sales from the initial instruction to post completion matters.   

Charlotte also deals with the transfers of retained land and assignment of landlords’ leases, has dealt with BSA related matters and is instructed to act for various landlords and management companies in the North West in all aspects of their legal requirements. This includes lease variations, extensions and dealing with assignment of ownership She also acts for private residential sellers and purchasers of both leasehold and freehold properties of varying complexity.
