With a background in both in-house and private practice roles, she is dedicated to delivering commercially astute legal advice tailored to her clients’ needs.  

Before joining Glaisyers ETL, she worked at a prominent Nigerian law firm, where she provided strategic counsel on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and private equity transactions. Additionally, Bolanle served as Head of Legal at a technology company operating in Nigeria and Kenya, where she played a pivotal role in the acquisition of a banking licence and oversaw the company’s legal operations across both countries.
