Thomas joined Glaisyers ETL in August 2018, starting out as a legal services apprentice in the Residential Property team, where he was awarded the Apprenticeship Star Award for demonstrating excellent working knowledge of business functions and for the quality of his work during the apprenticeship. He subsequently embarked on his journey on the Solicitor Apprenticeship Scheme in September 2020 in the Real Estate team.   

Thomas is due to qualify as a real estate solicitor in the summer of 2026 and has gained significant experience in residential real estate transactions. He has experience in managing a wide and varied caseload of purchases, sales, refinances and transfers of equity, varying in complexity and value.   

He has also gained experience in dealing with commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant matters and has had exposure to real estate finance world, acting on behalf of finance lenders for secured lending over property, together with reviewing the security of well-known lenders prior to enforcement proceedings.  

Throughout his solicitor apprenticeship, Thomas has developed valuable legal knowledge in key areas of the law and legal principles, along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, to enhance the delivery of his service to clients in their transactions.
