Sam is a solicitor working in the Litigation team. He has particular experience dealing with financial litigation matters working with banks, insolvency practitioners and receivers on the recovery of loans and assets. Sam has worked on claims ranging from professional negligence to obtaining possession of property.   

After earning his graduate diploma in law, Sam trained at a national firm before qualifying as a solicitor in 2023 before joining Glaisyers ETL. Sam has acted for a wide range of clients including banks, building societies, private individuals and small to medium-sized enterprises.  

Recent experience includes obtaining an urgent freezing injunction for a bank to help prevent the dissipation of assets.   

Outside of work Sam enjoys running, cycling and trying to tire out his Hungarian Vizsla, Celt!
