Qualified in 1987, Ross is a partner at Glaisyers ETL and brings a wealth of experience in advising property developers, landlords and construction professionals on a wide range of developments. He was the founding member of DWF’s original construction department and previously led the commercial property team at Vincents. With his broad and deep expertise, Ross offers clients invaluable strategic advice, particularly in areas such as wind farms, hotels, site acquisitions and property development. 

Known for his problem-solving skills and ability to quickly navigate challenges, Ross is highly regarded for his pragmatic approach to deals. He is friendly, approachable and has built a loyal client base through years of referrals and recommendations. 

Ross has been featured multiple times in the Legal 500 and has led both construction and property departments across various firms since relocating to Manchester from the City of London over 30 years ago. His extensive experience spans projects in Manchester, Liverpool, Greater Manchester and beyond, including international construction work.
