Paul is a consultant at Glaisyers ETL, having merged his firm Quinn Barrow LLP with Glaisyers ETL in December 2024 as part of the firm’s expansion in Liverpool. With 40 years of experience in commercial law, Paul has built a diverse practice, advising clients ranging from banks and developers to financial advisers and high-net-worth individuals. 

For the last 20 years, Paul has led his own niche commercial law practice, overseeing a team of lawyers and handling a broad spectrum of complex matters. His recent work includes the acquisition of several Children’s Day nurseries for a client’s expanding property portfolio, the development of a Padel Centre with title and planning challenges and the acquisition and development of a business park in Bury.  

He has also acted for a bank on a £10 million refinancing facility for a large office block in Salford and represented a farming family in a landmark Court of Appeal case that established new law in proprietary estoppel. Additionally, Paul has advised a family investment company on acquiring and developing land valued at over £15 million.
