Nermin qualified as a solicitor in May 2018 and is a key member of the Commercial Litigation team at Glaisyers ETL. She has extensive experience handling a broad range of general commercial litigation work including property disputes, professional negligence claims, insolvency, contractual disputes, partnership disputes and shareholder disputes.  

Nermin’s expertise in property disputes covers a wide range of matters including helping clients resolve disagreements over property boundaries, adverse possession claims and rights of way, advising both landlords and tenants on breaches of lease agreements, rent arrears, dilapidations and forfeiture and handling disputes related to beneficial ownership and proprietary estoppel claims.  

She also deals with landlord and tenant disputes, assisting with issues such as eviction proceedings, service charge disputes, breach of covenant claims, unlawful eviction matters and commercial property disputes, representing businesses and property owners in disputes over restrictive covenants, easements and misrepresentation in property transactions.  

Nermin works closely with clients to navigate complex legal matters, ensuring clear advice and effective resolution strategies. She understands that legal disputes can be overwhelming and deeply personal and takes her time to listen to ensure her clients feel heard, supported and reassured throughout every stage of the process.
