Natalie has a strong academic background which has guided her extensive expertise in employment law. She graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 in her undergraduate degree in law and chose to continue her legal education, completing her Legal Practice Course with a Master’s in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, achieving a distinction. Natalie then completed her training contract at Knights PLC and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. She joined Glaisyers ETL in 2023 and has since been promoted to associate.   

She has experience in dealing with a broad range of employment law matters, including unfair / constructive dismissals and discrimination claims as well as dealing with non-contentious matters such as finalising contracts, reviewing staff policies and preparing company handbooks. Natalie also offers pragmatic and commercially focused employment law and HR advice, drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience to support employees and employers.
