Bartek joined us in January 2022 as a Corporate Paralegal and has gained extensive experience supporting the Corporate team on private acquisitions, private equity, share reorganisation, buyback and borrowing deals.  

He began his training contract in September 2024 in the Commercial Litigation team, working on banking litigation, freezing injunctions, corporate disputes, landlord-tenant issues and administration appointments matters. He also has experience in the Private Client team, assisting with probate, wills and deputyship matters.  

Bartek graduated with first-class honours from the University of Liverpool, where he studied LLB Law with Accounting and Finance. He was later awarded a Master of Laws in Legal Practice from BPP University, achieving a Distinction with an impressive average of 75%. Bartek is currently completing his training contract with the goal of qualifying as a corporate lawyer and is an active member of the Manchester Trainee Solicitor Group.  

Before joining Glaisyers ETL, Bartek worked at Boots UK as a store manager, gaining valuable legal and financial experience through the Boots Legal team as well as mentorship programmes with Squire Patton Boggs and PwC and commercial law internships. He holds a Level 3 AAT Accounting qualification, complementing his legal expertise as he works toward becoming a corporate lawyer.  

Bartek’s native language is Polish, so he is excited to utilise his bilingual skills to support international clients and helps us expand the ETL group with Europe. Outside of work, Bartek enjoys group personal training, running and travelling.
