Kathryn is a senior associate in the Real Estate team, bringing over a decade of experience in property law. Specialising in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, Kathryn has a wealth of expertise acting for companies, individuals, lenders, LPA receivers and insolvency practitioners.   

Kathryn has a proven track record in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, refinancing (including bridging finance) and auction transactions. She is particularly skilled in managing transactions involving distressed assets, working alongside financial institutions, LPA receivers and insolvency professionals to protect clients’ interests. With her thorough knowledge and understanding of the legal and financial complexities of the real estate market, Kathryn ensures clear and practical solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs with a key focus on client service.  

In addition to her legal practice, Kathryn is an active member of the Women in Property group and often attends regular networking events throughout the North West.
