Jonathan is a solicitor who works in the Commercial Litigation team. He qualified at Glaisyers ETL in 2024, having previously trained at a boutique commercial practice. He acts for a wide range of clients including SME’s, receivers, banks and national businesses. Court driven proceedings and urgent instructions represent a large part of his practice, and he has experience in the High Court and Court of Appeal.  

Jonathan handles a broad range of disputes with a particular focus on shareholders’ rights and remedies, intra-company disputes and breach of restrictive covenant cases. He enjoys getting down into the weeds with clients and placing them in the best position to reach a settlement or obtain favourable relief in proceedings.  

Recent examples of his work include injunctive relief for a former employee’s breach of restrictive covenants and acting for prospective claimants and defendants in unfair prejudice petitions.   

Outside of work Jonathan is a keen gym goer, runner and boxing fan.
