Jennifer is a partner and Head of Family Law. In her role as a family lawyer, Jennifer deals with all aspects of financial and child arrangement issues arising from relationship breakdowns. Her area of work includes co-habitation and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, financial applications within divorce and applications for arrangements for children. 

Having practised family law for over 30 years, Jennifer has gained a wealth of knowledge and is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to a non-confrontational, constructive way of resolving family law issues.  

Jennifer works with accountants in high-net-worth cases and with a chosen field of counsel who also specialise in either financial application within divorce or Children Act applications.  

Some recent examples of Jennifer’s work include advising on and preparing a pre-nuptial agreement involving family trusts and pre-acquired assets in relation to two high-net worth individuals and representing the owner of a small business on an application for financial provision upon the dissolution of a lengthy marriage.
