Jasmin is a solicitor in the Real Estate team, acting predominantly for investors, developers and various financial institutions. She qualified as a solicitor in May 2024, having graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2018 and subsequently the University of Law in 2021.

Jasmin deals with all aspects of real estate with expertise in the following areas:

· Commercial acquisitions and disposals

· Real estate finance across residential and commercial assets, acting for both borrowers and lenders

· Landlord and tenant encompassing leases, licences and rent deposit deeds across various asset classes including office, retail and leisure

· Development site acquisitions and site set up, including planning considerations and funding

· Residential BTL portfolios

She is well versed in handling matters for a variety of clients including bridging lenders, challenger banks and private lenders. With previous in-house experience in an insolvency practice, she has a solid understanding of the fast-paced and often complex nature of the sector, helping to maximise recoveries in an efficient manner.
