Iya is a solicitor working in the Private Client team. She graduated with a first-class degree before completing a private client specialist training contract and qualifying in 2023.   

Her expertise lies primarily in probates and Iya has acted for executors in multi-million-pound estates including cross-border and dual taxation, both business and property relieved assets and agricultural property relief.  

Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax including preparation of deed of variations and deed of appointment of assets, Iya also manages large intestacies of 60+ beneficiaries. She is an expert in estate planning and will preparations and the registration of lasting powers of attorneys and deputyship applications with the Court of Protection and general management.
