Daniel is a partner and head of the firm’s Corporate team, dealing with all aspects of corporate and commercial work including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate reorganisations, share schemes and commercial contracts. His clients range from start-ups to international corporates, from founders to high net worth, sophisticated investors.    

Daniel has been advising businesses, entrepreneurs, owner managers, lenders, investors in growth businesses and public sector bodies in various sectors for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in the professional advisory sector, having advised on a large number of M&A transactions, as well as providing corporate structuring and compliance advice.  In addition, Daniel has extensive expertise in the property investment / development, digital, technology, leisure and e-commerce sectors. His focus is on providing sensible, commercial and solutions-based advice.   

His clients include ETL GLOBAL UK, Duncan & Toplis, Lawfront, Personal Group PLC, Komi Group and Solid Bond Capital, whom he advises on M&A, investment, debt financing, group restructuring and general corporate matters, and has previously acted for local authorities on complex joint venture regeneration projects.
