Charley Price

Profile.

As a solicitor apprentice in the Private Client team, Charley is currently training in trust and probate law, assisting with estate administration and inheritance matters. Her responsibilities include supporting her colleagues with probate applications, drafting legal documents and managing various aspects of estate administration. Charley also assists in preparing correspondence, liaising with clients and ensuring that matters progress smoothly, efficiently and professionally.

Charley has previous experience in residential property and conveyancing from her time in the Property team, where she supported property transactions, reviewed title documents, prepared legal paperwork and assisted with the completion process. Gaining valuable further insight, Charley completed the Vacation Scheme at Glaisyers ETL, where she contributed to the Employment team, supporting her colleagues with grievance claims, drafted employment contracts and assisted with various client-facing tasks.

Currently in her second year of the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship, Charley is further developing both her knowledge and practical experience in private client law. Charley’s work has allowed her to develop extensive expertise and has provided her with exposure to a wide range of cases, from straightforward estates to more complex matters that require in-depth legal analysis and detailed procedural consideration.
